Pioneering the Future of Global Healthcare

Mission

Japanese-Quality, Heart-Centered Care—Anywhere in the World.

Vision

Building a global healthcare ecosystem that leads with assurance and innovation for Japanese communities abroad

Message from the CEO

Tatsuki Fujii

ATIV Medical Pte. Ltd.
Co-Founder and CEO

To address the deep-seated anxieties Japanese people face when seeking medical care overseas, we launched our business in January 2023 with an unwavering belief: to deliver dependable, Japanese-quality care—anywhere in the world.

By combining digital technology with a human-centered approach, we are building an innovative healthcare ecosystem.
Expanding our footprint from Singapore to Thailand, Malaysia, and the Philippines, we provide round-the-clock (24/7/365) support so that Japanese living overseas never become “medical refugees.”

Addressing often-overlooked mental health needs is a key differentiator for our sustainable growth.
We stand with each patient’s feelings and well-being, prioritizing reassurance while enhancing the social value of healthcare as infrastructure—and scaling that value globally.

Our Mission

We continuously create heart-centered care.

Our Starting Point (Statement)
Listen with the heart. Stay even closer.

Stand with the Patient’s Perspective

We focus on feelings—not just symptoms.

In an unfamiliar overseas environment, we read the true concerns behind patients’ words and always imagine how we ourselves would feel in that situation. We recognize that delivering reassurance is an essential part of care and value small acts of consideration.

Value Humanity

Before expertise, be trusted as a person.

While clinical expertise is vital, patients place their trust in us because they see us as trustworthy people. Polite language, sincerity, and the humility to admit mistakes and respond with integrity—building trust as people is the starting point of care.

Support One Another as a Team

One team across roles and nationalities.

Our mission—“to continuously create heart-centered care”—cannot be achieved by one person. A warm team that cooperates with a spirit of harmony, expresses gratitude, and supports one another across nationalities and roles ultimately delivers reassurance to patients and improves the quality of care.
